Appointment Scheduling

• Online Booking: Visit the official Apollo Hospital website, navigate to the “Appointments” section, select the desired specialty or department, choose a date and time slot, enter patient details and medical history, and confirm the appointment to receive a confirmation SMS/Email.

• Phone Booking: Call the hospital’s appointment booking number, provide details of the required specialty or doctor, schedule a convenient date and time, and note down the appointment reference number.

• Walk-In Booking: Visit the hospital’s reception, request an appointment with the desired specialty, fill out the patient registration form, and obtain the appointment slip with date and time.

Registration

• Pre-Registration (Online/Phone): Complete the pre-registration form online or via phone, submit identification documents (e.g., Aadhar card, passport), and provide previous medical records if applicable.

• On-Site Registration: Arrive at the hospital’s registration desk, present identification and any relevant medical documents, fill out the registration form, and receive a patient ID card with directions to the relevant department.

Consultation

• Arrival: Arrive at the hospital before the appointment time and check in at the respective department or clinic.

• Consultation: Meet with the specialist or doctor to discuss symptoms, medical history, and concerns, and follow any preliminary diagnostic tests or procedures as recommended.

• Follow-Up: Schedule follow-up appointments if necessary and obtain prescriptions or further medical advice.

Diagnostic Tests
